Moving it around turned out to be a bear. I had to use my engine hoist several times to reposition this side. Now to make a second one to match.
The second side went pretty quick, as I had many of the pieces cut already. The greatest variation was less than half an inch for about 2 feet or so on the top radius.
The picture above shows the crown I put in the bottom cord, with just a couple pony clamps. I wanted to pre-stress it a little, just in case.
Below shows the finished metal work, ready to sandblast and paint.
